Great video! I made mistakes in my earlier days with index gaps..Till as you said " have to view the gap as demand or supply" depending if bullish or bearish.

Scalping index with big size is a risky game. It can fall down so fast, that the loss will be huge. And I bet, when someone goes for 8 points in 2 minutes, they won’t use stop loss.

I do scalping in the Indian Index market. You really need to have an eagle eye, and yes...there is no question of an SL. Each trade normally lasts between 1 min to 7 mins, 3 - 4 trades a day. Regards.

Think of the gap as Hedge Funds being like Auctioneers. They've bought early what they know there's a lot of demand for, to flog on to the unsuspecting Public. It's just the distribution of wealth, continuing on.
