@@NachosMitDip priest was required in season two for boss mechanics. If a boss mechanic isn’t doable w/out a specific class, it’s overtuned imo

Nope, my build this run didn't have fiery demise or brand spread so I didn't bother most of the time.

It's called "season 2 dungeon casts" or similar, usually dorki maintains it.

You can pick what affixes you choose to put on PTR, most players prefer to just learn/re-learn the dungeons without affixes.
