I have worked with Sindhis of Ulhasnagar... Awesome people.. Superb Hospitality... very simple and down to earth.. They came as refugees from Sindh ( now in pakistan) in 1947 & had turned this refugee camp into a bustling economically prosperous business hub,, Salute to their hard work, devotion , sincerity and their will power to make the impossible very much possible.. I was always welcomed with tasty papads , variety of biscuits and warm hospitality..

Ulhasnagar is a place where one can learn exuberance irrespective your social stratum. I for 42 years resided at Kalyan and did my college at CHM and INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, I have a flat at POWAI CHOWK, where I resided only for a year, as we yearned for our old locality in Kalyan and went back there. Since last 3 years we are at THANE. KISHORE PATTICE and SANAM 's MALAI CHAI are food one can swear about, Sana bhajiya and cold panipuris are the things one can have his heart in, but rest of the things may vary as choices are subjective.
