Just wanted to say thanks for making these. I'm on my way to transposition surgery in the next few months, and this was super helpful in knowing what to expect. Really, really appreciate it.

Wow, I've never heard of this type of surgery before. I think you are dealing with it much better than I would have. Hang in there and keep us posted.

Good to hear that you are feeling better and getting to sleep a little. Sounds like it will feel much better when it’s completely healed.

Hello sir, How are you feeling now? Are you feeling normal like before the pain and surgery?
@ErinM-20242 жыл бұрын
It looks like I’m dealing with this also. Did they send you for an MRI. My surgeon was talking about sending me for an MRI
@TheBoardWoodworker2 жыл бұрын
Yes you will get one to make sure there is no soft tissue injuries before the surgery so the surgeon knows what he is getting into but also I can say not all shows up so they might need to do more than expected while in there

@@TheBoardWoodworker I just had shoulder surgery too. I hurt my shoulder back in 1999 and I think I did more damage on my arm than what we thought. I had fallen on it back in 1999

Tammy, I see your comment here is new. I just had a transposition done 3 weeks ago. It's taken me all of 3 weeks for the burning and pain to start going away, but it is definitely getting better now if that is any consultation.

I had severe pain in my elbow. Did therapy that didn't work. Went back to my surgeon and he said I needed nerve compression surgery. I had surgery 9 days ago, and it was more than he thought. My nerve was severely compressed and he did have to transposition my nerve. I am still in pain with certain movements and my ring and pinky finger are still numb. Anyone with help as to when my feeling will be back? My follow up is in 3 days. Oh, I still wrap the incision every night so I don't bump it or move it wrong, and use the sling when I am out, to prevent someone bumping into me

My feeling in my ring and pinky took a qhile to come back but over all a great experience for a better way of life
