No, that'll only run on a Titan X. It's not too expensive, but for such a cheap gpu, you'd be lucky to hit 30 :/

Can this run League of Legends and overwatch well? I want to get my son a new computer for his birthday coming up, and I don't have a lot of money to spend ( about 500 dollars for it ) He really enjoys League of Legends, and wants to play Overwatch, but the computer her has right now can't run overwatch even on low.

Yes it will run both great, what are the specs of the PC he currently has? Just asking because if the specs are decent you could always just upgrade it with a new graphics card and PSU instead of buying an entirely new system.

Appreciate this. I get tired of all the "...Yeah, I built this dirt cheap (with used parts)". Good luck trying to do your own version of it. I want to see builds that are replicable, with new parts. I like perspectives of what someone else would choose as the best parts in an inexpensive price range. That's what you've done here. Good job.

for an extra hun'ned I think I'd put an SSD and 960 in there. You'd have a seriously well rounded machine then. Better case if there was anything left.

Why not a FX 4300? Just the fact that you could easily upgrade to a newer FX series CPU is a good reason to go with a 4300 or 4130.... Just my opinion...

The difference between this and mine is that I have a better cooler, a better graphics card and more storage. Other than that, same cpu, pretty much the same ram, and even the same case. Mine costed 500

I am new to the whole pc scene, I have been a pc gamer for a while (if you could consider it that). But my dad is a strict apple only fanboy, so I have been gaming on a mac mini since 2011 or so. I have been looking for pc parts for a few years now, and each time I decide on a build I plan on buying it then completely forget about it. I was really wondering if this is good for streaming/recording games that are not very intensive (CS:GO, DOTA, TF2 and other source engine games). Mostly recording though, I have been wanting to record gaming for a while now, I mean like 6-7 years. But of course I haven't had a PC good for recording.

Pentium is the best CPU Ive used but i don't really get any low gen gaming power but its good because it docent crash your computer as much

So I built the pc step by step like in the video, but when I connect it to my lenovo monitor, the screen just says its in power savings mode. I have an older desktop that I've been using for a while and it shows up on the monitor. Any ideas?

Instead of the cooler you should of used the money for a 960 big difference between 950 and 960 price to performance wise. Making a 400 pc build on my channel soon gonna feature a r9 380!!

Yo Tech By Matt I noticed (as someone looking to spend a 700-900 euro PC that the main youtubers that do PC builds are NA not EU. Would you ever consider doing a guide based on living in EU or in a specific region (i.e. I live in Ireland, we have awful shipping costs from amazon b/c we have to use UK amazon. But have other sites available. I feel more youtubers should appeal to an EU and NA market and I think you'd be the best to do it.

If you only game some of the time, rather than all the time, then you probably don't have to worry about some of the parts. Like he said, you could probably go with the Pentium. If you don't game very much at all, then you could go with a cheaper graphics card.

I wouldn't personally choose this build. The CPU is based on an older architecture, and won't be able to keep up with games in the next 2-3 years as much. Better to spend a little more and go with a Skylake CPU.

I'm thinking of building a pc based on this one but I couldn't find all the same parts at the right price (being from the UK) so I have changed a few things. I have changed the cooler to a CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 Evo - 3 Heatpipe, Tower CPU Cooler. I have changed the hard drive to a Toshiba P300 1TB 3.5" SATA 6Gb/s 7200rpm 64MB High Performance Drive. I have changed the case to a Novatech Stealth Micro ATX. And finally the power supply to a CiT 400W 12cm Silent Fan Dual Rail. Will this still work in roughly the same way and will all of the parts fit properly. Thank you.

If an Intel Core i5-3570@3.4GHz says that it has integrated on-board graphics, can you install a graphics card and somehow bypass the on-board graphics? Just buying a used PC for parts and that is what the description says.

Normally yes. You have to make the card your primary graphics processor in the control panel but it should present no problems.

I like Asrock, have had solid experiences with them but Asus is always my #1..unlike Gigabyte to which I've had horrible experiences with their mobos including their backup bios chip not kicking in like it should.

hey tech by matt could this pc build play fallout 4 im not talking graphics high 1080p 60 fps but fallout on medium graphics and it stays at a constant 30 since im not a super my games need to look fabulous type of gamer but i do want my game not to freeze every 3 seconds and be frozen for a few minutes then start back up (this is an exaggeration it doesnt freeze that constantly but it does freeze to were it gets annoying)

So i bought these exact parts, with some minor upgrades (extra stick of ram, 500w power supply), installed correctly and used pcpartpicker to check for compatibility. Yet when i fired it up the BIOS didnt even show up on my monitor. I've tried DVI, VGA, and HDMI, different cords, different monitors, etc. Anyone have any idea for a solution or did the mobo or something arrive broken?

yup! turns out the processor was DOA, after assembly (and a few hours of more troubleshooting, mainly due to my own ignorance) it runs the things i like to play (WoW, Overwatch, and a wide variety of strategy games) really well.
