This is GREAT! I can see some situations where I would use this. I kind of do the compare 2 method as I look. I totally agree with the “double bed” option. Great video. Really makes Google Sheets appealing…thanks for showing the construction. I’ve been an Excel girl but hmmmm.

I love Google Sheets because David and I can both access the same spreadsheets on different computers at the same time, and with no subscription fees. But you could easily build this in Excel as well. The formatting rules are a little different (Excel makes checkboxes unnecessarily difficult as I recall) but there's nothing too fancy going on here. Hope you find it inspiring!

Thanks! My biggest pet peeves, especially with AirBNB: unclear bed size and when it’s unclear if it’s a studio/loft vs a 1 bedroom with a door.

Yes! The vague bed size thing is on any platform. But yes we've been surprised with no door to the bedroom area before as well. Ultimately not a deal breaker but it still seems sneaky not to disclose.

Hi Robb - Nice job! Thank you for sharing. A couple of other columns I add to my comparison grids are: Square footage and distance to XYZ (some point in the town that we are likely to go to frequently)
