Nice video, thanks! Keep in mind FSLTL injected traffic is controlled by the default MSFS2024 AI traffic engine. So any weird behavior of the traffic using the injector is just default sim behavior the FSLTL team can't change.

Thank you for the video; very helpful. I noticed with FSLTL alone (using its injector) the parked planes had the jetways attached to them. With BATC injection, the planes would be parked at the gates but the jetways retracted; they never seemed to move. Interesting...

Good day... can you tell me with the update 1.2.8.0 do you also see FSLTL traffic at airports? I have (I did everything according to the instructions in your video) traffic is working, but I can't see the aircraft visually, although the teletraps seem to connect to the aircraft and ATC communicates with them... but visually I can't see them....

Hmmm that is strange. I always press ESC and on the right side, settings and main menu options show up. Did you try to change the keyboard preset to 2020 preset in main menu controls settings? That might help.

@@Runway_Models1987 hello and thank you for your comment. I believe fsltl does not include military models at this stage, as far as I know. Maybe in future but I doubt it to be honest

For me it works in 20 and 24 with addons-linker. No need to install for 2024.

So, if I understand this correctly, you can have FSLTL in either MSFS2020 or MSFS2024, but not both?

@@JamesDavidWalley by installer not in both, however apparently it does work using file linker to link into msfs 2020 and also 2024. But this is something I can’t personally try as I am not using file linker so I cannot confirm this. You may try copying whole Fsltl traffic base folder from 2020 to 2024 but you may experience some conflicts etc. Basically it is recommended to do fresh install according to some articles and videos I’ve seen

Just create a symbolic link in the FS2024 Community folder for the FSLTL models in the FS2020 Community folder. I'm assuming you haven't uninstalled as in this video as it's unnecessary - just update and link. Edit: this is how Addons Linker works.

@ thank you for your comment. But I based this procedure on recommendations to do clean install via installer. There are also other flight sim KZbinrs mentioning this. It probably does work using linker but I personally have never used it, not even in msfs 2020. But thanks anyways

@RobAirepicflights OK. I had previously moved my FS2020 FSLTL install to my own Community-Full folder and used Addons Linker to create a symbolic link in Community in FS2020 and now FS2024. Works perfectly for me for both FS2020 and FS2024 which can share the same copy. No issues so far, but time will tell.

@@PowerAirSimulations no, either use beyond atc or injector. One or another. Beyond ATC would be recommended as it also controls the traffic and taxiing, basically full control by atc. While fbw injector just injects traffic

The injector is nice to use while doing a VFR flight (without BATC), adding some life to the sim around you.

@ not really it is pretty good now and traffic control by atc is very impressive at this stage, even taxiing at the airport is very good being controlled by beyond atc. By the way check my newest video, I provided explanation how to fix that barking sound

@@justanotherday1345 yes, pretty much that but do update the injector. Some users reporting you can use addon linker to have models in msfs 2020 and also 2024 but I personally do not use addon linker programs so I cannot comment on this

@@casstephens3124 no it does work, you do not need beyond atc to have traffic injected by fsltl injector as shown in the video. However, bear in mind traffic behaviour will depend on Msfs code so it would not be correctly controlled by atc etc, it would also depart and arrive from wherever, and not from correct assigned runways etc, but to have traffic injected, that part would work fine.
