After four deployments to Iraq 🇮🇶 and going through identity fraud from family it’s finally time that things are starting to change. I’m also working on writing a book from my experiences in Iraq. The key was for the mower, she was wanting you to do a quick mow of the property to show it off at it's best. She was being ridiculous and you did a very good job of pretending you didn't know what she was asking for. I've had a couple of dream houses (lottery dreams, not real life dreams) I've seen on Zillow in KY over the past 5 years. One was in Hodgenville and offered for around $675k, the other was in Garfield/Custer and was around $325k which was ridiculously cheap when looking at how nice the house was. Both were around 30 acres and my dream was pretty much to build a soccer field for me and a few things like that and also build a playground and other stuff for my daughter. I think I'd actually prefer to just buy this and use the buildings than my previous plan.

@@AILLC two public school districts as well as one small private school in the county. As well as a D3 college in the town. And yes, the floor is concrete. I rent out the court hourly on occasion for pick up basketball

I love the kitchen area on first floor. To sell food at. It needs a deep fryer and other commercial or restaurant appliances. My hubby always wanting a laundry shop with a kitchen attached. I love to cook and so does my 3 boys. And my kids could all get married here(long time from now) and they all love sports. It could be so much fun. Will the owner take a 1099-a? That would mean cash payment in about 45-60 or more days.

Great property! I would redo the inside and create a membership driven fitness gym with basketball court, like a YMCA. Have a little bar area for smoothies, protein drinks etc.. Dream property. The rest of the land has endless possibilities as well.

I would want a small, maybe even tiny home for me near barn and I would have my dog and 2 horses. I would have to do some research but I would do a event center. For weddings, the apartment could be rooms for changing, storage. With the airport close, is a big plus! Or 2, tiny home for me and make 2 homes out of the big building for my children and there family. Use the whole property for ourselves. I just love the area around Danville! I live in north east PA but always wanted to live in Kentucky ♥️

You know that would make for a great indoor out door Flea Market. Indoor could be used on an every day 9 to 5 and out doors could be they rent a spot set up and take down . Let's be honest with the way the high cost of everything is getting many would take their chances on buying something used to save money. Here in Florida there is a Flea Market called Websters Flea Market but that is only open one day a week on a Monday. Just an Idea .
