I just trained to this program with my Friday nigh clients using a 55lbs plate. I can tell you that I felt it more than any other class this year! If you pick up a plate that is going to challenge you, then the combination of strength & cardio super sets will definitely take you to the next level :)

I loved this!! The music, length, and variety of exercises. I went a little slower and lighter on weights but will up it next time. This is so nice because you can vary it so much. Thank you, Coach Ali, for all your dedication and hard work:)

This is a great workouts Coach, i need this!!! 👍 I'm gonna do that alone, what do you recommend how to do? I mean how many sec work and pause(45-15, 20-10, 30-30...), how many sets... Keep it up, you're doing good work! 💪 Greetings from Serbia!

Thanks for the question Dragan. Doing my workouts, it's very important not to press pause at all throughout the workout. In this particular workout your only planned rest breaks are during the instructions as well as the 15 sec breaks where you see them. The idea is to finish the workout in the allowed 45mins. i.e. intense training for 45mins (HIIT) followed by 24hrs rest until it's time to do a new program tomorrow :) Hope this helps.

I adore HIIT and weights in one workout, trying to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. Hope this will help in my mission. I'm gonna do this today, see you!

You get a 'like' for the workout. Music needs work; you have a few places where two different beats are playing simultaneously. Also Two melodies with different pitch. No musician will be able to work out to this. But thank you still. Great workout.
