MattDoesFitness Split it into quarters so the first quarter is breakfast the second is lunch and the third is dinner and the forth is dessert ( you can throw in snacks for the ones you couldn’t do for example: you couldn’t do D for breakfast so for snack you did D so like Doughnuts or Dragonfruit or Durian.

Happy Birthday Matt! I've been watching your videos for over a year at this point and, while a random colition to join, I have enjoyed every moment of hard work and commitment you put into these videos, and especially Luca, he's a pal (genuinely the smartest and cutest child on this platform, the dynamic you guys have with him and the way he's been raised is something to aspire for!). I've run track and cross country for 2 years now ( The first time I legitimately competed/participated in a sport since little league soccer in second grade --> for now my 5k's a slow 22:35 for cross country, and for my 2 mile record in track, another slow 13:10 as well as a 2:43 800 meter (I'm actually really proud of these but I know in comparison with many other amazing runners, they barely meet the mark 🤗)), and while you would think coming for the fitness aspect would be logical reasoning, I definitely thinks it's been for the food, intelligent British dialect 🙃, and beautiful family aura your channel has offered so consistently throughout the year and I want to commend you (and Sairs 😊) on your special day, for sharing a glimpse into this lovely existence!
