*I noticed when I become Reckless Junk Food Eater I quickly balloon 🎈 up in weight !!! This usually happens when I periodically eat Philly Cheesestakes, Stuffed Pizza 🍕 Pies 🥧 and Double Cheeseburgers 🍔 😋. An abundance of those types of junk food rapidly increases my calories intake and increases my over all body weight. You know what I decided to increase the intensity and quality of my weight loss 📉 😅 journey to next level. I will try my best from this Monday , March 11, 2024 to Start my Intense Weight Loss Journey Regimen 💪 🙌 😀 😅 👍 😜. My plan for the next 3 months starting from Monday, March 11 , 2024 and ending on June 11 , 2024 is to lose more than 160 lbs of over all body fat.My Ultimate End Goal is to have a good body weight of 180lbs at the height of 6'2" or 188 cm tall !!!*

Hey man. If you can, it's of course best to lose the weight yourself. That'd be one hell of an achievement. Just know that, if it doesn't work, surgery is a really good option. The sooner you get to a healthy weight the better. After surgery you'll be like 220lbs in no time at all (

Looking at the two of you makes me proud. For all of the men who battle obesity, it does not necessarily have to be our destiny. Brix, unlike a lot of other men, I love the fact that you don't put such a heavy concentration on the physical and instead you like to focus on the mental - why we allow ourselves to get to 400 lbs (it's not always about what we are eating, its about what's eating us?) and how we feel mentally when we start to lose weight and reach goals. That is way more important than looking good in our clothes or how popular we become. The mental improvements is what hopefully will keep us on the path to good health, both physically and mentally.

14 year old girl here. I don’t know how much I weigh, the last time I was weighed was in April if this year. I was about 158 pounds. I don’t know how much I weigh now but I’m working out now and still trying to find stuff to eat besides grilled chicken sandwiches and scrambled eggs. (Maybe Kraft Mac n cheese but I don’t crave for it as much.) I hope my genetics don’t screw me over and I can actually lose my belly fat without surgery.
