That’s totally badass Kevin. You’re a rockstar !! I’m going to put you in my morning prayers. I was a chain smoker. I started at 14 and was up to 2 packs a day when I quit. It was tough as hell and I gained 80 pounds in 6 months. It took 2 years to lose the weight while staying nicotine free. You can do this Kevin. I didn’t think I could last 24 hours without a cigarette and I just celebrated 22 years tobacco free. Don’t kick your self for little slip ups and keep your eye on the goal because you WILL get there eventually. I’m rooting for you Kevin !! You got this !!
@kimmyjenkins69772 жыл бұрын
Kevin you will have a success story. Even if you fall off get back on. I had to teach myself that. Don’t depend on anyone else for your success, that was a mistake I made. Just go for it and get it done, no excuses. I had to beat that in my brain.

My Dad is getting ready to be discharged from a nursing home after diabetes almost took his feet and he caught COVID while there and nearly died. I've lost nearly 90lbs in the last year with the program and not eating crap all the time. I'm looking forward to them being just as successful as I have been. Time will tell. I think my brother is ready for change. I'm hoping he'll keep my Dad motivated and they can push each other.

I recently started a diet. My start weight was 325 and after 2 weeks I’m down to 310, with a goal of getting down to 250. It’s been extremely hard but watching your video has inspired me keep going. Thanks for sharing, and great job.

First day today. Started at 332 pounds. My knees are shot. My back is almost inflexible. My hips make me walk with a wobble. My neck and shoulders are in constant pain. My wife and kids are doing this with me. My goal is to get to my former wrestling weight of 245. Id like to be able to run again one day and play lacrosse with my kids. You are a symbol of hope.

I used to be really fat. Maybe not as fat as Justin, but still I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide to do it. So I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on a website called dietarizee, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff. I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!!

I know the feeling about the darkness. Being so big you just give up. Start thinking why should I keep going. I am at that point. Glad you made it brother.

I was just going to put the hashtag below, but then I realised that possibly only a handful of people would get it, DDP would prob be included. So here's the context, Dallas says you will find one video that moves you that much that it will give you inspiration to get on the mat. This talks to me, I am a big dude, I am 39, and I going through a lot of the same health problems. #myvideo #BeUnstoppible

I just lost a friend to a heart attack, he had just turned 50. When I first met him he was 420 lbs, he was 360 before he died. He was convinced in his mind that he was in a safe zone. How do you talk to people like this?

They need a lot of help especially from family. Ive had a friend for 12 yrs now and i still havent convinced him to change his ways. He's 28yo 395lbs(5'9) last time we checked.

If he lost weight from Ketogenic diet, then the fats did him in.

You honestly can’t. They have to make that decision for themselves. Soooooo many people reached out to me with concern, but it just hardened me. It took me hitting rock bottom, and then making the best decision of my life (selection of spouse excluded! Lol).
