I see the vision; I'll try it out. Is it okay if I have inside forward on LW and RW?

If that's your style of play, then yeah I would say to run with it. What works for one-person doesn't always work for the next so there might be a thing or two that you would adjust to fit how you play, and that's ok. There are a few formations I would have a winger wide and one on IF. It also depends on how your opponent plays, sometimes you have to adjust roles to fit around your opponent's defense

So having to + or ++ isn’t really that important on players? I’ve heard both sides of this argument and haven’t really come to a conclusion myself yet.

In my opinion, i will say it depends on the position and specific role being used. Any role that would require a lot of AI movement like Inside forward, you can definitely see the difference when a player has that role in a ++ Honestly the more i think about it i only see a difference when the player has a ++ in ANY role. I truly don't see a difference when a player doesn't have a + compared to a player that does have a +, literally ONLY with ++ do i see a HUGE difference.

The secret lies in the build up.. Starting from the GK. Losing the ball in the final 3rd you can get back on D within time but if you're losing the ball in your half then it could be risky. But, if you're losing the ball in your own half then you're not building up correctly. For instance, if you start with GK and you get 1 man to press in, then you have an advantage every pass down field as you will ALWAYS have 1 player open. It's definitely a tactic you have to play more than 1 game to understand and learn how to capitalize correctly but once you have it down, it's DEADLY!
