You made me cry. I bought the game. I must buy 2 decks. I been trying to play with the little ones. This video made it very easy to understand this. Could you possibly teach me how to play "Pokémon?" Great video.

7:50 Correction: An item can be used as soon as it comes into play, it doesn't need to dry like character cards. You still need to follow all the requirements for using an item's ability, such as ink cost or exerting a character or itself.

You should have a lore counter with your starter deck but if not get a standard deck of cards and use two tens on the first ten have the upper card face down slowly showing the pips as gained once you have ten have the upper card showing that ten and reveal pips til the twenty is gained, if you know euchre you be familiar with it

Great point with the starter decks and I know the Troves have a lore counter dial in them. Unfortunately Australia only started getting trove boxes in last week when we finally caught up to the US release schedule. I will add though I solely use the Lorcana app for my lore tracker. This is perfect, set it up in the middle of the table and both players can use it. I don't think I will ever go back to anything else now.

Hopefully the kids really enjoy it. Our eldest is really enjoying it but she also loves the collecting aspect. The Disney theme really opens this up to a wider audience.

I think 6 weeks away until those sets drop. They are releasing the sets every 2 weeks atm in Australia, so by the time they all drop I will be broke but extremely happy 😁 Will definitely do a video for sure

Not a fan of Disney, nor am I into CCG's, that's why I never looked into this. But you def piqued my interest! Damn you 😠

Haha I had never touched a CCG until a week ago and now I am hooked. I can finally see the appeal and why they have such large supporter bases who live and breathe this CCG world

Locations got released in the 3rd set Into The Inklands. Sadly we won't get that set drop in Australia until end of June. But from my understanding they are played out and you can pay a cost to move characters to the locations for extra abilities. Some also produce ongoing lore. And like Items you can't challenge them, you need special cards to banish them. I will know a lot more in a few weeks when I get my hands on the boxes 😀
