@@gracioustreatz7231 hi dear, I need your help, I try baking this cake, 1st round when I kept the gelatin for 5mins it became hard like jelly, so I mixed the 2nd round and pour the gelatin into the mixture in 2mins. After 24hrs keeping in the fridge, I realise the top is sticky, is that normal? This is the 1st im working with gelatin, I really don't know how it should turn out. can you please advise me

Well, that's the make the layer set, else it will be creamy like tiramisu texture. I supposed it's just for presentation purpose. Without gelatin, it will taste good too
