But i managed to keep going, say to myself, go get it, get that idiot out of your life. and 7 months ago i managed to do it. 3rd time is the charm. i did my theory exam in 4 tries. For us dutchies it may be different compared to here. i do not know. But i actually found out my instructor had some verbal and small physical fight. Wife left i think and is now projecting his anger onto his learners. At first he seemed like a great guy. One mistake and he would be close to screaming. deleted his contact info and ill probably report him to our driving agency. id rather have you as my instructor. points out the mistake very kindly and explains what i did wrong. other guy would almost scream and give small not understandable explanation about what happened. thank you for making these videos

I am seeing minimal use of the handbrake, particularly on slopes. Does your car have an automatic hill-hold function? And what about at traffic lights when pedestrians are crossing? I was taught to apply the handbrake if people are crossing in front of me. Has that changed?
@stevemccann4166 Жыл бұрын
I always used handbrake on hill starts at junctions until clutch bites then just hold on clutch until gap appears. With traffic lights would always apply handbrake if lights had just changed to red but if been red for a while would just hold on brake for a quicker getaway.
@rebeccarimmer634810 ай бұрын
I think it can depend on the driver and their preferences and whether they’re moving after pulling over or moving out at a junction. I only used handbrake starts when I’d pulled over and never on junctions but others do it differently
