Coach Ali, thank you for the real time train with you videos. May I request a pre-workout video for proper stretching as well as a post-workout stretch video? Thank you, I have definitely seen an improvement in my overall health and musculature after performing the workouts you so generously share with us all.

Hi Suneet, thank you for your support. As advised at the start of this video, the best way to warm up is not with static stretching but by doing the first couple of exercises light to allow the right muscles/tendons/ligaments to warm up in anticipation of what is to come. Static stretching is reserved for post-work (not pre-workout). Trainers who start a program with static stretching generally don't have a very good understand of injury management nor performance management. Hi Coach, can you pls suggest me some videos to loose fat from shoulder, arms, biceps ,triceps ,chest and stomach. I cannot do any exercise which includes leg as had a minor ligament injury in right foot. Would be so grateful if you can help me out in my weight loss journey.
