All of these episodes have serious script/story line, and production inconsistencies. How would British security services not know the movements of Lumberg, a man they are committed to protecting? ALSO, the SAS and M15 may be pretty nifty burglars but don't ask us to believe that a normal sized person can get through an 8 inch wide toilet window. These kind of things show up in EVERY episode.
