I’m American, Italian decent, we love making and eating Frittata. So easy to make. My Mother made them often especially over the Season of Lent. Potatoes, onions and eggs were a favorite. Peppers and eggs, another. Asparagus and garlic, with Romano cheese in the egg mixture another. Sometimes when there was a few Italian cold cuts left she would sauté them with an onion and add eggs. What ever your leftovers you can turn it into a beautiful meal. Add salad, garlic bread, can’t be beat. Best wishes ♥️♥️🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸

Breakfast IMHO is probably the most stereotypical of meals, so it's always refreshing to see something out of the ordinary. The first time I went to Amsterdam as a college student, I was blown away at their unusual breakfasts . . . basically, an alphabet of luncheon meats/cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, and a ton of different breads/toasts. Then I caught on to Japanese breakfasts . . . rice with fish, rich broth, an egg beaten in, greens. Breakfast does not have to be dessert laden with sweets and sugar. Thanks for posting. I also love breakfast muffins that can be frozen---quickly microwaved and eaten on the go .... Hope you are recovering from loss of Whiskey. I was so saddened to hear the news that this is the first time I have commented since . . .
