Yeah, she's looking forward the whole time, so when her body lowers, her neck bends badly. She should be looking forward at the top, and be looking at the floor (or there abouts) at the bottom of the lift.

Yeah. Her and lower back are experiencing so much strain. Plus she needs to tie her hair back (just an extra annoyance).

Correct a Romanian deadlift never touches the floor. This guy doesn't understand.
