Ultimate Guitar Stand from Sweetwater Shredded My Nitrocellulose Finish

Stands bought in March 2023 with black colored yoke. This bass is a collectable 1983 JV-Series PB57-95, top-of-the-line JDM MIJ '57 Reissue with all details including headstock button, reverse-wind tuners and nitro finish that has been unnecessarily damaged by shoddy manufacturing practice. This would make me sad even if it was someone else's guitar. Vid recorded on 2023 07 14, a day after noticing the damage.

Sweetwater should refund you for the repair to the damage and take that junk stand back AND recall the rest already out there. Did you contact them ? Just money, money, money is all they care about, let the damage to your property be damned.
