Great Video Michael. I've been using SocialStream for some time now. It's really great. For the live chat display I use a browser source with the dock url with custom css for formatting. This helps with the text wrapping too. I also run these local instead of using the url but that's just my preference. The chat pop up can also be customized with css.

do you have to always have each individual chat popped out for the plugin to recognize the chats from each service? they should just let you link the chat URLs in the extension so you dont have to. I have great network speeds and a beefy PC but i see for some that having several individual chrome tabs open could be stressful on the load/their PC (and it kinda hurts ny OCD), especially if they do feel that downscaling is a viable option if they stream on FB.

not sure what is going on with the extension but now that I have installed it as of the latest update which came out today it causes my chrome window to crash when i try to resize or move the window. I have spent hours trying to mess with it but I guess I gotta try something else. It was working fine up until a day ago

This is just what the doctor ordered. I had too much going on in my last obs profile... now just the game in 3440x1440, me in 1080 and ninja chat. I should have no lag or stutter. I can hear chat while gaming... that's the BEST.

I never tried it with edge and each platform has its own way it picks it up which is in the documentation. I know KZbin is just a pop out.

yes my friend i have just tried it .. and its flawless .. the same setup folder works with Edge, Chrome and brave ..and yes it reads whatever opened chat popout .. i even tried to popout facebook chatbox and keep the original page opened .. the message was recieved twice on ninja .? in general thank you so much .. as ive always been suffering recieving and reading multichat on streamLabs OBS .. its just broken .. Ninja is my best go to now .

Hey Michael, you can do something similar to the overlay chat, instead of using a window capture source, you can use a navigation source and use CSS to remove the background and the "menu", for the background use "background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0)" and for the menu use "display: none" I love your videos and watch them even if I don't do what you do! Love your energy and your compromise with the community!

Hey Michael, Love the videos! Question: How do you get Facebook chat to pop out? Also, I can see that if I close my FB stream the chat won't relay as the chat is not active in the browser. So if I don't have the browser open (with no ability to close the video which adds to network congestion) I won't be able to view the chat from that platform(FB)? Is there any other plugin that does this without having to set this up (it's a lot currently the way I have to do it) every stream? I would like to just be able to set up everything, configure, and be done never have to come back to it again. Maybe I missed something? Thanks for your time my dude. Always love your intro's!
