Keeping the LT runs to 10% of weekly miles makes the task much less daunting. Then on top of that breaking those miles up in to smaller chunks to start, makes them even more manageable. ❤

Another banger video!!! I took your advice and did the Back Bay trail loop for my 20mile run yesterday. Lots of people out there as you said, as well as the LA Marathon Running club with many pace groups doing varying workouts and paces.

My favorite LT workout is the 20-20-20. 20 minutes easy then straight to 20 minute threshold followed by 20 minutes easy.
