Reduce the amount of water in your egg pot, it doesn’t need to be that full. Less water means faster boil time. Or throw those suckers into your instant pot for a few minutes instead!

Yes to budgeting!! I just got the Happy Planner budget pack and I looked at some of my goals for the upcoming year, which is to take a week long vacation in August, move by April 2021 and to have $1000 emergency money set aside. I keep telling myself I’m going to have to cut back for just 8 months, I can do this! No purchases including clothing, kitchen gadgets, cleaning supplies, etc. unless absolutely necessary. I’ll also be in a better position for my car too as it will be paid off by October and can start saving money for repairs or a down payment on a new one.

Love these videos! Also just a tip from an instant pot fanatic - move the pot somewhere else when doing the quick release. The steam unfortunately ruins cabinets. They also sell attachments to get the steam to go in a different direction.

I love your Sunday cooking. It truly helps me prepare for my family. Instant pot is such a life saver. Try the 5-5-5 for your eggs in your instant pot. That is the only way o boil my eggs. Instant pot is the way to go.

To make your life even easier get an electric egg cooker for boiled eggs! Just add the eggs and measure the water and it’s done in 5 minutes! Saves so much time and the hassle of boiling water and guessing if they’re done or not.

If you add one table spoon of salt while boiling eggs, it will not crack. It will not affect the taste of eggs. I hope that helps. I am really inspired to do bunch cooking. Thank you for the video.
