400g pasta
500g ground beef
900g spaghetti sauce
140ml evaporated milk
165g cheese
50g parsley or kinchay
1 medium size green bell pepper
1 medium size red bell pepper
2 medium size onion
8 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon chili garlic oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 cups of water
season mix
