For a tire with a slow leak, I put in a can of tire sealer from the auto parts store. It works great. It comes in a can that looks like a spray paint can. You hook it up to the valve stem and transfer the contents from the can to the tire, add air and then you drive... The driving distributes the contents throughout the interior of the tire and the air pressure pushes the sealer into the leaks. Sure beats adding air everyday. 💕🌞🌵😷

Nice job on your project! I'm not a rancher but like most homeowners, I do projects although not as grand as yours. Its very well engineered. One suggestion if you didn't do it already. Since this fixture will be outside, if you put some grease on your bolts and nuts, rust and the subsequent frozen bolts will be avoided or at least delayed. I learned this the hard way - it ain't fun hacksawing off a frozen bolt.
