Which console/generation of Pokemon games would you like to see me give an "Ultimate Guide" to next?

Honestly If I was you I would just work my way backwards from the 3ds to the GBC games (not that theres a lot of unique methods the farther back you go)

3DS generation. Like someone else said, the further you go back the less variety in methods there are.

A tip as someone who did do a wild catch chain shiny hunt in Galar; quick balls to build the chain while saving your specialty ball. What I actually did was grind for a specific Trapinch with the “Sandswept” badge in a net ball for my bug themed team (They’re based on ant lions) and I essentially won the lottery with it.

Very well put together! Very informative for anyone shiny hunting on the switch, now doubt! Very helpful for all people trying different shiny hunting methods in all of the games!

masuda method isnt from two regions, its from two languages. the game keep track of region separate from your language settings. and most nintendo systems arent even region locked. if you live in the US and have a US region system, you can still play european region games. I play the games in Japanese and the switch games let you choose your language without buying a separate game, so my American region system on an American region account can trade locally with my fellow American friends, but my Japanese language ditto still works for their masuda method on their English language games. If you trade with someone from Australia or England, and your game is in English same as theirs, then it doesnt matter that they are in a different region, the masuda method wont work because its language based not region based.

Yea I have several imported games I play on my American Switch. Maybe I should have been more specific but most people go for a different language Pokémon to breed with their English Pokémon anyways. That's why I point out the language in the video when talking about it... I'll pin a comment clearing it up for those that are still confused.

@@indominus_B no need for a pinned comment. I am sure most people understand from context that you mean language not region. I was just pointing out that language =/= region and region is tracked separately. I have also long since imported my pokemon games from Japan as they are cheaper, and even now that they have English option built into them, they are still somehow cheaper.. win win for me
