The thing i like about Laura and her videos, basically her entire channel in general, is that not only she gives out great recipes and helps us cook but she really takes an amazing effort to interact with her viewers, like she talks and asks questions we relate to in her videos and it really gives the sense of being in her kitchen in front of her and seeing her create a masterpiece! ❤

Yeah I go back and forth between her written recipes and her videos and all the questions I have while cooking or baking she always answers😂😂 like she knew I'd have them. It's amazing

Not only that, she is also very family oriented and economically conscious. All her recipes are affordable, tasty, and very fun to make. Not pretentious like other so called chefs.

I agree. You could order a juicy 16 oz prime rib served with either mashed potatoes or a baked potato and green beans at Grand Cafe (Boulder Casino Hotel & Casino) in Las Vegas, NV.

The best prime rib I ever made! Thank you Laura. I must have watched 20 prime rib videos and settled on Laura's because she has never steered me wrong yet. I was a little concerned about the dijon mustard (my son hates mustard) but she said you don't really taste the mustard itself. She was correct, it was soooo good. And the meat gravy aj jus............ To die for. Everyone at my table were super impressed. I love this woman and her mad cooking skills!😊

Well mine turned out fantastic, and enjoying it now with hubby! OMG I cooked a close to 4 lb. roast and it turned out perfectly! So flavourful and although my hubby is very fussy, he loved it! Had rosemary mashed potatoes and the gravy with it. That was it! So delicious! Thank you!!!!

I tried this recipe on Christmas of last year and I have to tell you....IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!! My family loved it! I wasn't sure about the horse radish sauce BUT they ate it and thought it was good. My sister said I should have used more horse radish! I didn't even know she liked the stuff! I bought three prime ribs before Thanksgiving because they had a really good sale on them so I've got two more to go before Easter. Hopefully, I will have perfected this recipe by then. Thanks for sharing!! GOD Bless!!!

Amanda Collins How many pounds would you recommend for 14 people, half of which can REALLY eat?! 😬 And would this amount have to be two different chunks of meat? And oh man it would take forever to cook huh?

This was an amazing prime rib! The garlic and rosemary infusion, the Dijon mustard, thyme on top, mustard sour cream sauce, and the light gravy made the rib fabulous!! This is going to be my "go to" recipe for special occasions without a doubt. Thank you so much for this beautiful recipe Laura!!

WOW.. Made this for New Years Day exactly as you did right down to the gravy and horses-sauce. Was a smash hit. I did use a stay-in-oven thermometer to hit 125 so we got med rare outside and pink but not bleeding in the middle. The gravy.. could have eaten it like it was soup! An the mustard turned into a crust. No one knew what it was, just that it tasted great. There already asking for it again. ;)

I would love to be gnawing on the bones...I could make a meal just of the bones. I don’t know if I missed the explanation but, why do you recommend getting the butcher to slice off the bones and then tie them back on? In my family, the bones are an essential part of the meal. Thanks for sharing, your prime rib looks absolutely delicious.
