Ive found, for back exercises, to keep it out fo your Biceps, don't ever let your lockout. For me, if I let that arm lockout, it immediately jumps into my Brachialis or my long head of my Tricep (weird, I know).

There's a strong depth of field effect on the lens you're using that doesn't look good when you're together with others. It blurs their faces. However you usually have one person on frame at a time anyways so I dunno.

Try a cable curl with a bar or D handle, or using the rope with supination, or a barbell/dumbbell standing curl, or even chinups. Also you could do the standing cable curl with the high cable attachment, those really hit the shortened position rather than the stretch.

Bare minimum, if very short term and a necessity, probably 5 hours a night. It's recommended that the minimum regular amount of sleep is 7 hours a night, but the average amount should be 8-9. Anything more is definitely too much, cos it will mess up your circadian rhythm cos in most countries in summer time it will get light early in the morning.
