What an awesome set up, one of the best have seen 👍👍. Great to have mid week episodes and as an idea the off grid power set up in your Vacationer would be great. Hope the 3 of you have a great week and travel safe 👍

My tinny had a timber floor very heavy then I got a aluminium welder to put couple braces and a sheet of aluminium as the floor and I glued some marine carpet onto it works a treat

Awesome as always and thanks for the info and “how to”. My concern with this is getting the motor to the boat. I was hoping to see you do it, but I guess it is a little bit hard for one person. Keep up the great work and we just live watching the vids 🍻
@justvanningit2 жыл бұрын
Thanks guys. I did notice that. Generally once the boat is on the trailer, I bring it up to the motor and it’s one movement up of the bracket and onto the boat🙌🏻

A little silicone spray ( Lanox ) on the Railblaza fittings will help a lot, I do the same on my kayak ones :-)

You must be stronger than me. I had a 25 mercury and couldn’t lift the bugger out of my canopy.
@justvanningit2 жыл бұрын
It takes a fair bit to lift it but having it the height it is and onto the boat, it’s not too bad

Derek what size is the box on the front of the van that holds the motor we have the same boat and motor and what to do the same as you guys with the box , and what slide and were did you get that from thanks Annie and Ronnie
@justvanningit2 жыл бұрын
2000L x 950H x 500W. I used a almac motor slide on top of a slide I made. I bought the rails and then put the almac motor slid on top so that the motor could pivot down
