Damn, I know this is an older video but I am just now seeing it ... And I must compliment Erin. You make it incredibly easy for any person to follow along. Your speech pace is amazingly matched with each exercise. I love that you make the absolute most compatible explanations with the length/pace of each move. In other words : you have great symmetry overall ability! I most def subscribed and will be a regular. Thank you❤😊🎉

Discovered Erin a couple of months ago while searching for landmine exercises after a landline attachment to my home gym was finally available at Amazon. Happy to see this new video dedicated to landmine, a grossly under-utilized equipment. Very impressed with her video and the way she explained various movement. She is the first and still the only lady bodybuilder I subscribed to. Well done! 👍

I just got my landmind set up, I use it outside as my office/gym is pretty cluttered with other workout equipment. instead of using weights I got a oil drain pan, a bag of 80 lb concrete (which clued me into how much more I need to work the upper body) and a 2 inch PVC sleeve that my landmine sits in and rotates smoothly, I bring the bar in and the weights (which is my post workout I guess) but I love how you break this down and I am definitely in love with my landmine AND my Hex bar, both of which you inspired me to invest in. got to love those RDL's!

The Henny Straps can add a ton of great landmine workouts! It's especially nice as it will keep landmine at the location you want to start.

What many don't know and don't try is to place the landmine on a wall, or rachk - 4ft tall, for example - and work from there. It doesn't have to be always on the floor.

I’ve never seen the srdls done like that this will help tremendously cause of my fusions done to back and neck. But then again I’ve never had a 2x ms Olympia as a coach / mentor. Thank you!!!

10x easier than regular rdls. With one foot flat the other in a b position it gives me balance and confidence to do the exercise rather than worrying about keeping my balance and not putting that much strain on my lower back. Thanks Erin

ERIN just wanted an advice...? It has been 7 mnths me doing body wt training ...😅 And I am thinking to start Wt training at the gym from January ...🙄 So should I stick to the compound lifts or isolation training ? Loved the Landmine Explosion ❤️

Its so motivating to watch you Erin! Could you please share how u deal with muscle cramps/spasm especially during PMS season. Im struggling to keep up with workout when I'm feeling tight all over & painful muscle cramps (shoulders, back & calves)

Great video! I've always wanted to do more hack squats, but never have access to a proper machine. Would you recommended utilizing any handles or different grip accessories for these? Soooo many good excerises....going to incorporate all of these next session. Thanks!

Since most can’t go to a gym. Where’s the best place to get that bar and how much does it weigh? 45lbs. By the way, I like your types of workouts. You look awesome. I just don’t have equipment to be able to do. Modify I know but need that bar for many moves. Any suggestions? Thanks Erin!

Erin, when you did the T-bar row, it reminded me of another LM exercise I saw somewhere, but can't remember what it's called. You set up as if to do the row, but keep the arms straight and use your legs, sort of mimicking a leg press movement. Can you comment on this movement? Thanks.

Erin. That landmine anchor is awesome because it is free standing! Do you happen to have any specifications for it? Cannot find it anywhere. BTW your workouts are awesome especially the way you create multiple sets to keep TUT.

YT and the "net" have plenty of info for DIY special gizmos / thing's to add to that basic set-up for a virtually unlimited variety of bilateral and unilateral work. I built my own and during shutdown and a lot of great summer weather imagination and motivation even more fun
