I have two questions: 1. the material looks very heavy, is the engine's power enough? 2. Do you have any experience of how much electricity the car can handle, only the generator? Incidentally, I am delighted by the way you upgrade your Vito

Yes the total vehicle mass is well under the rated GVM. I have an engineer's report to confirm the safety with plenty of headroom. What do you mean by electricity the car can handle ? Can you elaborate

The timber for the bed consisted of a marine plywood sheet, pine square section and melamine coated chipboard for the sides. I imagine it cost me no more than $150AUD
