Is there a vice adapter for 2 1/2" .120 wall tubing?

Guessing that you'd need to bend a tube after notching. The V-block needs a straight tube from the looks of it.

Definitely would recommend it that way for easiest results! Depending where your bends happen, some situations would allow for notching after bending, but again that would be more rare and situational.

How does it fare with stainless tubing? We do a lot of 0.065” wall polished 304 tube and that would be the main use of this machine.

how many notches do you normally get out of a roughing endmill like that?

Typically 1 and a half to 2 years of regular use. More or less depending on work load.

THousands and thousands... I have an endmill but and you spin it low rpm and it lasts, even use a tiny bit or fluid and its golden. 1 EMB will outlast a 100 holesaw bits

Can this machine do saddles for 2 3/8" & 2 7/8" oilfield pipe?

This machine here can definitely handle the 2 3/8" with no issues. The 2 7/8" would be a different animal, and require a special, custom build on the ultimate tube notcher to accommodate that large size cutter. We've done these custom builds in the past. How well will it cut 4130 with .035 wall thickness?

It wont do a very good job with .035 wall tube. The top of the notch will want to hook and bend down. best bet is a belt sander style or a holesaw with fine teeth.

Update. They say it’s made in America and I call bullcrap. It’s assembled in America with Chinese parts. I made this machine years ago for $1100. All Chinese and I saved a ton of money.
