the 3080 better then the 4070 ti super ?

Depends what you're using it for. If the 10gb of vRAM is enough, I'd lean towards the 3080 for video editing. Unfortunately the more complex 4K video timelines are maxing out my GPU memory, so I'm likely going to move to a 3090 soon (probably available around the same price as the 4070 ti Super.

Rtx 3080 is too expensive now ($1,000+) , RTX 4070 TI Super is a good option.?? For motherboard I'm considering Gigabyte Aorus Master X because have more connection (thunderbolt, USB C, USB 3.2)

Check my Amazon link, I paid less than $600 for it. The 4070 TI super is a good option as well, depending on your needs.

Nice build , it seems capable. Does the graphics card have problem with sagging ? I have a budget card which is much shorter. Still does the job

No real sagging to be concerned with. The board and rear screws do a good job of stabilizing the mass of the card. I wouldn't move it around without a brace though

Can it edit 4k 10bit 4.2.2 h265 with multiple effects & possible 3d rendering & modeling?

Absolutely, but I've found RAM to be the limiting factor (luckily easy to change). If you're getting into 3D modeling, push for 128gb RAM

They've shifted a bit since I ordered mine. They are pretty comparable, 16gb of vRAM is a nice addition to the 40 series. I was able to get a very inexpensive refurbished 3080 for less than any 4070 at that time.
