is there pressure on your ears from the speakers as they a bit thicker?

No, actually. The speakers are tapered and fit right into the pockets for the Shoei cutouts, even with the 45mm speakers I can't feel them at all

Have you tested listening to music via the TFT screen while you are with friends who are on EDGE (mesh) while you are on BOLD. For my part, every time I try, I hear nothing. When i leave them, my music is OK ?

The settings are super confusing, and I think that's your problem. There is a setting for volume while intercom is active and another setting for volume without intercom and then a mixing volume. I honestly don't understand each of them fully but start playing with a sliders and you'll probably fix this

I was having a bit of a problem with mine and my 2024 bmw f900r in that I loose crash detection and I can’t find the second connection Bluetooth I’ll try to factory reset

Guys I don't think it's connecting to the seconds channel. After pairing, the app just takes time to boot up and establish connection with the device. Maybe that's what Chris means by second connection?

My bet is that the Garmin is bridging the crash notification. If you turn the gps off, likely crash notification will stop working.

Hi and thanks Chris. Thanks for the review. I am still using the Freecom 4+ paired similarly to the bike as u do. I found that my bike (2016 Ducati MTS 1200) does not like customization of my Cardo unit. Particular when renaming it. Do u know what bluetooth version is your bike running? I thought my upgrading to Cardo PT Pro purely for the crash detection feature but wondered if my preferred pairing (same as yours) would work.... Glad u answered that!

I don't know the Bluetooth version of the new V4 Mts, but I know the Bluetooth works a lot better than my previous 2015 Multistrada.
