We only have 35 million people in the entire country and Riddles is from a place with maybe 5 million people around him. His city is 2 million people (at bessst), and the surrounding areas have like… another couple million combined. For instance, Dabuz has around 30-40 million people just in his vicinity; there are a lot of killers in Tristate. We won’t know how good riddles is for another year or two, imo.
