LucinaRosé not necessarily the best but it definitely is the best from a synergistic perspective compared to the rest of his moveset. He is a better zoner then the characters with gun arms and the fact that he still has a smash attack that isn’t a projectile unlike mega man means it cannot be reflected but it still is really long range.
