Or just go to a Parking house, = the one without cars, put some rubber bands on a Controller, full throttle full turn, and Go do something else, and come back in about 45min and Refule. get about 1.2m points for one fule tank, and about 4 sets of street tires.

the glitch is doing this with high traffic going head on with traffic not flow of traffic. thats 10 to 15k every 30 mins. get it right

just do races, make sure you do the events. even if you are slow some still give 50k for placing low. wich isnt bad for just driving once or twice and then waiting till the time is done
