Master James Sinclair Wing Chun part 2

James Sinclair is a master of the Wing Chun Kung Fu style, and the head of the UK Wing Chun Kung Fu Association.James Sinclair began his martial art studies in 1972 when he started a karate style under the guidance of Sensei Alan White.
Sensei White instilled in James Sinclair the martial art spirit that he carries to this day. Even though James later left to train in Wing Chun, he has always held his first teacher in high regard.
The first influences that any person experiences are so important and, through Sensei White’s encouragement and example, James Sinclair has been left with a lasting legacy of Martial Art Spirit.

That’s because Wing Chun is not about competition or fighting with rules, rounds and points. It is a fighting system based on principles, not technique. Try it and see.

A lot of MMA fights consist of a mess of random punches and kicks that even a non-martial artist can pull off. In fact I've done Thai Boxing and I do Karate as well as Wing Chun. The lack of experience shows how ignorant you probably are
