It’s like this, you can weld anything together and look nice and pretty, but unless strict adherence to repair material, weld material weld pre-heat and post weld heat treatment it is at best an unreliable repair. In this case, a wheel axle would make it a dangerous thing to repair in this way! Anyone watching don’t take this as a way to repair an axle!

выходят на новый уровень, раньше просто всякий хлам сваривали, а теперь видимо весь хлам перечинили и пришлось целую запчасть распилить, что бы "починить".

Em Portugal não se faz um trabalho desses.A manga de eixo era feita inteira numa peça unica a partir da base da própria, sendo soldadapela parte de traz. Aí sim tinhamos uma peça perfeita sem ememdas.

Why didn't you just make a new stud out of the one piece bar that you use to make the patch. It would be stronger and easier if you had just make a new one piece stud .

Realmente excelente trabajo, me preocuparía por el destemple del material, pero analizando,que gracias al empotrar un alma de acero,no se vícelo el material y no se soldo como todos en la mayor parte haríamos, x que Realmente el sobre calentamiento si dañaría a un cien por ciento el tratamiento térmico que trae de fábrica aquí se perdió algo de tratamiento pero creo que no lo afecte ,una buena suspensión en el vehículo ayudará mejor en el trabajo que desempeña este

The truck front wheel axle is made of forged steel and is much more durable than normal soft iron. Since the material is difficult to cut on a lathe, it was turned by heating, but the material used is soft material and no heat treatment was applied after the work was completed. The repaired part will immediately bend and become unusable. It was made to shoot and publish a video.

It seems like a good job but in the first part there is no heat treatment at the end and no information about the quality of the steel used for the repair. In the second part it is easier to make a new part with stronger steel!!! Now I know why there are so many accidents in this country......

I don't know from where are you, but probably there are more accidents in your country. On the other end, there are no statistics about accidents caused by original or rebuilt/repaired parts

Gets worse!! The original was a solid axle. This crappy one has nothing in the center---only about 2/3 weld. This DANGEROUS

Wouldn’t it have been easier to chuck up on the inside bearing diameter and then drill thru from kingpin side for the new spindle? Still questionable repair for a truck that will see overloads and rough roads.

To my friend Oliver! You are watching Pakistan. According to WHO in 2019, Pakistan had roughly 28,000 accidents per 100,000 while USA had 45,000 however INDIA had 212,000 accidents /100,000 I think you are referring to India when you said that therefore this country has more accidents? I am not trying to belittle India or any other country for that matter but correcting the facts but you must also consider India has very large population (greater then one billions, while China even bigger then India has about 250,000)

Burada tamirin kalitesinden önce, tamirden sonra üzerine binecek aşırı yükten bahsetmek daha doğru olacaktır.. Aksın yük kapasitesi belki 10 ton, sonradan üzerine bindirilecek olan yük 25 ton!!!!!! Mesele burada….😊😊

учитывая следы от УШМ на валу (22 секунда) они сами распиливают зап. части для контента. Просмотры сами себя не сделают.

you cannot weld and repair forged material and expect it to work, it mat look good but structurally it is is incredibly weak. the repair they use just isn't going to work.

These guys should be stopped for this dangerous BS work. There is no way that they can make this repair to anywhere near the strength of the original part. And the idiot drivers managed to break that, so what chance does this one have? Of course, the is chance that this has been broken before, repaired the same way, and br4oke again, just like this one will. Bad workmanship, as any competant welder would not take the job in the first place
