Ultra light, Over 80[Spring Time] PERCH, Fishing In IRELAND

Hi Guys, I had a very enjoyable session here with over 80 Perch in a quick few hours.
I was using my berkley urban finesss lure rod 1-8g with my Mitchell reel size 1000.
I started the session off doing a bit of dropshoting and quickly realised they wanted it a little bit faster. So I switched to a 1g jig head and a 1" paddle tail shad. It worked a treat for the next 2 hours getting perch after perch.

Excellent video mate💪 last Sunday I got my new PB perch which is 40cm. I was chasing big perch like that in the past 3 years I suppose 😂 did you do the bearing upgrade on your bfs reel? Tight line buddy 🐟

@Tibor Mozes Ah that's brilliant buddy delighted for you. Yea I upgraded them the week after I hit it and it made some difference, 2g is very easy to cast the with of the canal here. If I remember you were going to upgrade your own?

@@mikeoutdoors22 yeah lots of KZbinrs using music these days, but for me I just love the sound of nature while watching my fishing. I guess it’s because it’s the closest thing to actually being on the bank yourself. But great vids my friend, and may I say you grow an awesome beard my man 👍🎣🎣
