This is by far one of the best townhomes that I have ever seen. It is so worth the price. The attention to detail is stunning, the master bedroom, shower, and closet, is to die for... This is luxury on a whole new level.. simply amazing

This is why I continue to watch your channel. You pick out the little things that would be potential problems for the home owners. For example,the level of the soap box in the shower could cause mole behind the shower,if it's not installed properly.

Beautiful modern home. Very nice interior and exterior. I am not into townhouses and prefer single family homes but it doesn’t feel like your normal townhouse which is a good thing. I still really like it.

Irrigation. Chris, interior designer Chris, did a magnificent job on the interior. She does lean toward the figurative in the art. That second bedroom with the lighting for the art, well to repeat your words, is dope. And, it really is. Lighting is the finishing touch that adds por lagniappe. Like most interior designers, Chris leans to the dramatic. And, this is no exception. It certainly has the gallery feel, and well executed. There's a lot to learn from this vid, that can be applied to anyone wanting the same look. But, the art needs to match in provenance. Quality of materials, outstanding. The builder should get kudos for this development. It is breathtaking.

This is a beautiful home, I mean absolutely beautiful, but when I look at this home, I immediately think "bachelor pad/party house"! In regards to the price of the home, yes you are definitely gonna pay for the view & location.... In my opinion, this wouldn't be the type of home for me to raise a family in but other than that the home is gorgeous! Love your channel Chakits. Keep showing us what Vegas has to offer.....

Instead of having traditional rain gutter this home has a rain chain! That is what the cool chain that you showed at the beginning of the video. They sell them everywhere! I have one!

Great view. Too bad they wasted the lots with townhomes instead of single family. If you go to Zillow and search Vegas for $900,000 - 950,000, which is less expensive than this, you can find amazing homes with far greater square footage in fantastic neighborhoods. If they had put single family homes there they could have fetched a premium per square foot for the view but I'm not sure how many people are willing to pay $1,000,000 for a shared wall with other people. Thanks for putting up these videos Chakits. I'm happy to see your sub count continue to rise. Good job!

The tub in the bedroom is a no go. Especially being separated by a simple curtain. It would have been better if it was a frosted glass door that could open and slide to the side if they wanted the open feel. The home actually seems pretty small even for a townhouse. I think I expected much more for that price. Great video though

I kinda designed something similar to this in URE4....modern homes are so nice and I also think I will take better care of it than an apartment. If I were rich I would not have a problem purchasing it around 750K or a bit more unfurnished....but since I am cheap I can build it but maybe not to the same quality appeal to the eye and not in that location.....I will be in the mountains on the east cost of America. It looks good and it is what I would want but not attached to another person's home. It is perfect size and did not seem as if it was over 3K sqft.......I was attempting to go really tiny at around 1500 sqft 3 bed 3 bath no half bath until I realized that if I ever had guess I would not want randoms going through one of their rooms to use the bathroom.

Yes. It's literally called a "rain chain." They are used instead of a gutter downspout. The chains can range from very decorative to simple, and industrial looking, as we have here. Either way, it serves a purpose - though maybe not that often in Vegas :)

The quality of the materials of this home is well worth it compared to the Pulte homes of the same price in the Reverence collection in Summerlin. Who’s the builder? And is there an identical community in Summerlin? I love this home but not a huge fan of Henderson.

This home is for an acquired taste. It is very modern and very adult. The interior design even though it was nicely done might not be to everyone’s tastes and the art work in some spaces was overwhelming. Beautiful home nevertheless.

The lit up shower head panel has been out for a hike Koehler makes it they aren’t crazy expensive you just gotta have a big enough enclosed shower. They also make water jets and shower speakers for that system they don’t make a shower tv as far as I know

The reason that I channel my thoughts here is that I hope builder will notice this and offer something like this as a standard plan. It is too much work to custom a home. If they offer it as standard, it will be much easier for consumers. The combined steam showerjacuzzi only cost 3000 on eBay as retail. If they put that in when they build, that is so much easier than modify a house that is already done. For the home office, it just need to have a bigger entry way and den, and move the bathroom close of entry way. Wola, you have a home meet the American updated life style.

The chain is for the water to roll down to the ground instead of dripping from the downspout above. It eliminates the "drip", "drip", "drip" noise. Definitely not a fan of the horrible green entry colours or most of the art work on the inside. LOVE the barn door separating the bedroom from the bathroom!

For me personally I would prefer the security entrance back b4 you get to the windows of the residence . More secure that way . So you open a window to let the breeze flow and BAM a stranger too close to said window for comfort .
