Hi Chuckit, I prefer the wide as well. This is my best home so far because no much glass everywhere, it looks very child friendly and safe. The best part is the Master bedroom,I like the fact that it's upstairs. Great work,keep it up.

They can definitely share that big closet and put shoes + purses in the smaller one. This is a beautiful home but the dark tile in the shower /bathrooms make them feel a lot smaller.

Wide angle, it gives a better perspective of being in the house. It also reduces motion sickness. I'm not sure why the home needs two laundry rooms. If anything It would be great if they kept the downstairs laundry room but put the upstairs one in the master closet as long as they have room for it.

We didn’t notice it too much on this video but sometimes on past videos... the wide angle distorted so much we couldn’t tell if the house was crooked or if it was the camera. Most recently it was the empty huge house by the gate... built in the 90’s ...the two times... from 2 different directions you panned up to the staircase the top wall/steps railing looked really crooked. Also around the pool/hot tub area it looked crooked.

IMO, for Real Estate Wide Angle lenses work better than a normal lens, even with the linear distortion.

Beautiful home. The long closet definitely hers! Also, I would prefer the half walls upstairs to be railings instead, that would make a pop! Stones in each bathroom are too dark for my taste. Also, we DO NOT wear shoes past the door.

I think I prefer the narrow lense because it doesn't cut off the top part of the house. The wide angle is nice but on a close up or say view of kitchen you can't see how far cabinets go up. This house is dark without the lifts on

heya Chakits!! Okay...so you asked for it!... 1. Overall I prefer the wide angle lens because it shows the rooms off better...however I still contend the narrow lens shows detail better (like when you are showing the paint on the walls, the detail of the cabinetry, etc) - but overall... use the wide angle 2. The closet situation... I would say I get the larger closet...however...she would not only used the larger closet (and fill it) and then take over some of the smaller closet that she originally said I could use. 3. I have a pair of shoes that are strictly for in the house (not slippers). The reason I advocate wear shoes indoors, is that walking barefoot (or even in socks) actually damages your carpets over time and shows more wear and tear. The oils from your feet gets into the carpet...the dirt (dust and soil and other stuff) gets into the piles of the carpet and sticks there because of the oil. The dirt acts like sandpaper...wearing away at your carpet. If you wear shoes then this won't happen and your carpets will last longer. I used to be a carpet cleaner at one time, which is why I know. Good showing!! Its a great home.

Entirely too much wasted space here! Sliding closet doors feature cheap looking round hand holds! For this price, should have pool! Best feature for me was that gorgeous kitchen island! We wear shoes in the first floor (tile). We take off our shoes before going upstairs (carpet). By the way, thy balcony is nice but I would close it off (if possible) and expand the Master Bedroom.

The reason why you think that the second floor laundry is too small for the size of the house is because there is a big laundry on the ground floor, so two laundries I think is ok for the size of the house. My opinion.😁
