Your observation about the bench in the master bathroom shower enclosure is spot on. Moving it to the opposite side would be superior. Would really like it sometime if you could show the views of the city at night from some of these home sites. For me the view at night could be a positive selling point.

I would make the downstairs bedroom a suite and add a half bath, make the back patio covered, french doors separating the two living areas and make the part with the stairs a study, and add a pool in back. That would be sooo baller!!!

I love love love this floor plan!!! My criticism is that I'd like 10'-12' ceilings up and down stairs. And I am unfamiliar with the builder and am not sure about fit/finish and quality of materials.

Nice home overall....I do agree with you about the Shower in the Master bathroom. I think the master bathroom is way to big; I rather see the bathroom itself a little smaller and both master closets a little wider, that would be my preference.

Very nice house! If I had little kids I'd make the extra room into a nice play area. Otherwise, I'd add glass doors on each side of the fireplace and turn that room into an office/sewing room... . I like big homes and I cannot lie.... 🤣 The edges on the counters is called bullnosing. I'm sure there's several types of designs that you can get, or save money and get a regular or standard edge. Bullnosing isn't cheap. Thanks for the very thorough tour, you're the best, Chak! Oh... I wouldn't put a dog in the pantry. That extra area is a perfect place for a small stackable washer/dryer or I'd store my vacuum, broom and floor steamer. It might be a good place for a safe that can be embedded in the cement foundation.

This is by far one of the best properties that you have shown. For some reason, I have become accustomed to properties that are over 3,000 sqft and feel like the properties that are under 3,000 sqft are not worth viewing...lol‼️😂 If, I could custom build a home. It would include every amenity from the 10ft slider door, to the Wolf oven, build in subzero refrigerator to the 43 inch height vanity bathroom cabinets to double shower heads to the stand alone bathtub to the guest house to the kitchen cabinets, all tile bathroom and backsplash in the kitchen to 8 ft doors and 5 inches of floor based and all the chandelier lighting. My home would be lit 🔥‼️😁

I love tge layout of this home... not crazy about the second staircase... but everything lese is marvelous. Lets start with that kitchen...wow. Real nice. The pantry is very nice..although bad place to put your dog pillow (door gets closed too often and pets can get into the food). The master bedroom suite is super nice... although I would slightly reduce the size of the bedroom itself by one to one and a half feet so that one closet can be a bit larger (that one side of the closet is way too narrow). I like the entry into the laundry...very well done. That lost area is great too. Great showing Chakits!

To me it seems like that little area with the stairs is apart of the master, like a seating area because theirs only an outdoor space upstairs. That's how I would use the space it would be nice to have some pocket doors put in on both side for privacy when you want it.
