Loved this and am excited to see the rest of the models. I happen to love certain shades of blue, so I was thrilled to see the Venetian plaster color and the flashing. Great style. As to your question, I would prefer a gas cooktop.

Thats the most spectacular town-home I have ever seen. But personally if I had a $900K budget, I would buy one of those SFR's that U show with way more square footage. Some of those had some pretty nice materials and a good view also.

I would have commented sooner, however, I had to recover from the ecstasy. Like holly molly, I think I died and went to a designer heaven. How did Chris do it. Like wow. Uh oh, having another ecstacy high..... The color balance, use of neutrals, and the proper use of the blues, as highlights, but not overused is excellent Chris Johnson sways toward the figurative portrait art, toward expressionism. The portrait in the study is obviously inspired from David Bowie's China Girl. (Although in the kitchen a Joseph Meerbott rooster would have added some whimsy.) What can I say: WOW

Clearly a luxury home & priced accordingly. However, the master shower (absolutely beautiful) is missing a bench. I like that both showers have storage cubbies for the shampoo.

The master suite's bathroom could've been more practical, without the tub literally steps away from your bed. Outside of this issue, I have no complaints. I appreciate this home for what it is. A luxurious townhome with quite innovative design. Also the color scheme made me appreciate blue in a way I haven't been susceptible to, well done for me. {8.5 - 10}

this one is not bad as they have a lot of craftmenship in this house. but it still seems a bit too small for me for the price.. The view is super nice though as i assume that is the reason for the huge price tag. I prefer the other house with a view of the strip for $591k in southern highlands you showed with the apoxied floors that one was one of the best ones that i loved..
