WOW WOW WOW, OMG!!! This home is incredible... more like an achievement of hard work (and maybe sacrifice) than just a home to buy. I'm gobsmacked! Alan, truly you were made to present homes like this. I respect your no-nonsense but just a touch of wit and humor approach. Simply perfection. I do agree that Christopher Homes seems to have the very best designers, their taste is impeccable. I have only two things that I'd want a bit different... One is the kitchen. I would prefer to have a larger combination gas/induction range top (in place of the cooktop). Second, I wish the showers were more deluxe, including body jets and a larger rain head in the ceiling controlled by a digital control panel. I think that the extended primary closet option is really a "must-have" (that is a closet to-die-for). If I could buy a place like this today it would be this one... specifically... everything about this resonates perfection for me (even the lot without tons of privacy is exactly what I'd want). Such a beautiful home. You presented it perfectly. Thank you for another awesome video!!

I love this builder. The floor plans and design is a bit more contemporary than some of the others. The only thing I dislike is the homes are so close together in the subdivision. I wish there was a bit more space between homes

Holy model home, Batman! It's tastefully decorated. I like the word gobsmacked. Another word that comes to mind, is verklempt. The original interior designer was called Chris something. It is a she. I need to look this up. No I'm wrong. It's Rachel Savanelli.

The base price for thus home starts at $2,327,000 before the homesite premium, structural options and design options. The Peninsula floor plans can finish around $5M to $6.5M depending on your options.

The design is not for everyone! I know many don't like the glossy floors/cabinets in general but I feel they pulled it off very well.

⁠nothing to do with that. It’s the tones. It’s very house wifey ish. The prior video and other Christopher vu homes are styled well. Dark greys etc. BH does it well. Most remodels I see now do what I call the cookie cutter suburban housewife my wife calls the shots remodel. White counters grey veins, white showers black trim. Etc. it’s the boeckle brothers rinse and repeat lol
