I saw this epic show a day or two before the Vancouver stop..It was Fri April 8th 2016 in Edmonton...What was cool about that besides the (plane of course) was that it was Maidens 120th Canadian gig and the last show at the Rexhall place...I'am still kicking myself because I didn't stop at the airport and take pics of this magnificent bird on the way back to the Koots. Cool vid!

Blue Glass Productions agreed, they were arriving from Edmonton Canada and it was cheaper for them to truck their gear into Vancouver instead of it being on the aircraft so the 747-400 only had about 15-20 people on it which to my understanding makes it a little harder to fly when it's empty like that. Bruce is a great pilot.

TF-AAK has been withdrawn from use last month and is stored at EGBP - Kemble Cotswold Airport. Of course it doesn't have the Iron Maiden livery since August 2016 but sad to see another 747 retiring.

Devin Shillington Ed better known as Eddie is the bands mascot if that's what you would call it. He is the figure that is on the cover of every album the band has produced. Hope this helps.

Area51Gregos thanks for the info, of course we have no idea who was flying but I’m assuming Bruce being a Captain and they were coming from Edmonton Alberta Canada being a 2.5 hr flight I can only assume his love for flying it was him behind the sticks. He was in his captains uniform as well in the video. I would have loved to use Maiden music but the copyrights stopped me. Thanks for the info and the compliment Up the Irons!!🤘🤘

Usually it is, that’s why they fly their own A/CTO cut costs but they were in Vancouver flying from Edmonton going to Seattle so they were trucking their own gear. 🤘😖🤘
