Welp, here we finally are! 4 Months of hard work and minimal procrastination and I finally got this out. I'm really out of my depth with a lot of this- I never edit Videos, never made a Thumbnail like that, heck I never released anything! I'm stressed out of my mind :D

Just played around with the mod, it's really well made and genuinely enjoyable to use! Of course there's a few mechanics that are a little jank to use (especially in Minecraft) but that doesn't stop it from being really fun, can't wait to see future updates from this!

This is great although the parry is sorta janky when it comes to deflecting projectiles, it's fine when Punching your own bullets it's just a little funky as it sometimes doesn't work especially with arrows from a bow and projectiles from other mods and it also looks weird in third person when holding the guns. Also when am I going to be able to use the Style Meter?

Parrying is something I'm constantly trying to improve, but it's difficult to do well due to latency and how minecraft handles projectiles There is currently a bug I have yet to figure out that kind of messes up the arm rendering in third person (sometimes) if you mean that; it'll be fixed as soon as I actually find the cause I've pushed back the Style system for a good while since I think the other weapons and enemies have higher priority for now

Yea, one of the core thoughts actually was "it'd be fun if you could pvp or something with Ultrakill mechanics" lol Unfortunately I currently don't plan on porting it to forge myself, as I'm not familiar with the modloader at all.. Maybe I'll try learning to use it at some point, but I can't promise anything yet

mm I'm sorry, but switching versions is a pretty tedious process due to a bunch of internal changes in minecraft- V1.1 will be on 1.20.1 though, I hope Minefort will allow mods on that Version soon. As for the Discord Server, I don't think I'm ready for that yet, partially because I don't have enough time to moderate it

I'm currently working on implementing all the Content from Act 1. I am planning on adding Gabriel, V2 and eventually the Prime souls as well, but that might still take some time

This all sounds very complicated, so if you're just a one man band here, make sure to take breaks often so you don't get burnt out.

I didn't actually know about that mod up until now- I'm surprised about the timing as I started working on this project in the beginning of February and their mod was released later that month... From what I've seen so far, I like what they've made and like you've said, it's a pretty different style and interpretation of the source material Well in any case, I feel like multiple mods like this can coexist; we're all just fans of the same game after all :D

How do you place/use the skulls and pedestals?

You place items on pedestals by punching them with the hand you're holding the item in. You take items from them by punching with an empty hand. If you want to place something in your mainhand in creative, sneak while punching and you won't break the pedestal. (offhand punch (for parrying and stuff) is defaulted to F)

yup, when you go into the mod settings there's a Category called "UltraHUD". You also need Modmenu to access the settings though (at least that's the only way I'm aware of)

You always have them. You can toggle High Velocity Mode using a Keybind (default [V]) which makes them visible and changes your movement to that from Ultrakill. You can customize how your Wings look as well, by going through the Skin Customization Settings
