ULTRALIGHT fishing for anything that BITES! (tips & tricks included.)

In this video, I went out with my ultralight rod And some curly tail soft plastic grubs to target any fish species living in a new pond I found in my local area…. I mainly caught different species of sunfish and I also managed to hook onto a couple largemouth bass. It was fun watching these fish hammer down on a lure so small I couldn’t believe it! I hope you guys enjoy this video and next time you find a new spot, Try bringing a ultralight rod and see what you can catch!

Great video. Hello from Canada. I just love grubs. Some of the things I like about them are, they are way easier to acquire and keep in good condition opposed to live bait. They work on pretty much every species of fish, you can imitate anything a fish eats with them by changing the colour and how you fish them, you can fish it in almost every way, lots of people don’t throw them so fish are typically not used to seeing them. They work scented or unscented if you have allergies or going into restricted waters. And they are usually pretty dang cheap.

Thanks Colton ! I appreciate it that man, & that’s right you can catch all kinds of species of fish as long as you match the hatch. I really wish a lot of anglers threw them more. It’s a simple lure that can catch the biggest and smallest species of fish.
