did this patient receive surgical tx? or conservative tx? i wanna know if kager's fad pad interpose between achilles tendon, surgical procedure should be done or conservative tx. also can be considered i had achilles tendon ruptured 2week ago, and i am receiving conservative tx. a in sono view, part of achilless tendon tip contact when palantar flexion, but part of achilless tendon dont contact because of kager fad pad. i'm worried about re-rupture due to thinning of achilless caused by kager's fad pad
